Terms and Conditions

General 

These terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of all products purchased from sixpackfilm’s webshop. The purchase of any of our products automatically binds you to these terms and conditions.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices correspond to the gross value of the product(s) and include 10 % VAT plus any postage and packaging charges. All prices are valid until revoked. Customers outside of the EU are exempt from paying purchase tax. Any import taxes levied in the purchaser’s country of residence must be paid for by the purchaser. Purchases made by organisations within the EU are exempt from paying Austrian purchase tax if verification of a company registration number is provided. Any purchase tax levied in their country of residence must be paid for by the organisations themselves.

Delivery/Conclusion of purchase contracts

An order is deemed concluded when it had been dispatched by sixpackfilm. Delivery is charged to the purchaser and goods are dispatched at the purchaser’s own risk. sixpackfilm require confirmation from the delivery company if goods are delivered damaged or incomplete. The purchaser must inform sixpackfilm immediately should goods arrive damaged despite being properly packaged. Legal warranty rights apply.

Returning goods

The purchaser is entitled to return their order within ten working days after they have received the goods. Returned goods sent on the due date will be accepted if accompanied by a valid postmark. Goods should be placed in the same condition as they were received together with the reason for returning them in their original packaging and sent back to sixpackfilm. Return deliveries are sent at the purchaser’s own risk.

Reservation of proprietary rights

Delivered goods remain the property of sixpackfilm until they have been paid for in full.

Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies to these terms. Place of performance and jurisdiction will be Vienna.
