WO-DA-VOR-BEI explores the conflict with the narrative: They can be understood as antinarrative expulsions of meaning as much as the first cinematographic attempts made in methodic inventions. In WO-DA-VOR-BEI the syllables comprising the title are made dynamic by alternatively being shown sometimes close up, from afar, out of focus, in focus, sometimes as they would conventionally be shown, and sometimes twisted: The syllables are worked over until they are more like images, structures or abstract figures than they are word fragments.
