Katrin Schlösser

*1963 in Leipzig (GDR)

Studied production at the Konrad Wolf Film and Television Academy in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Founed Ö-Filmproduktion in 1990 (with Frank Löprich) in Berlin and went on to produce numerous feature films and documentaries (www.oefilm.de). From 2007 until 2022 Professor for creative film and television production at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne. Freelance development producer for feature films and documentaries between Austria and Germany. Active as auteur filmmaker since 2017.
