We are more than happy to announce the selection of four recent films distributed by sixpackfilm into the official program of Berlinale 2017: As part of the competition section Berlinale Shorts ou may see Lukas Marxt´s & Marcel Odenbach´s Fishing is not done on Tuesdays as well as Rainer Kohlberger´s keep that dream burning, the shortest day, Karø Goldt´s latest video is part of Forum Expanded and Siegfried Fruhauf´s captivating FUDDY DUDDY has been selected into the Filmcritics Week . Brigitta Burger-Utzer and Isabella Reicher from sixpackfilm will be present in Berlin during the festival.

WANNABE by Jannis Lenz invited to Saarbrücken and Clermont-Ferrand
Fantastic news: Not only Forest of Echoes awarded short by Maria Luz Olivares Capelle has been invited to Saarbruecken. Also WANNABE the recent short by promising newcomer Jannis Lenz has been invited both into competition of Max Ophühls Festival in Saarbrücken (Medium Length Film) and into the international competition of the reknown short film festival in Clermont-Ferrand. Congratulations !!!

Siegfried Fruhauf’s most recent highly abstract FUDDY DUDDY has been selected into Rotterdam´s Tiger Shorts Competition. TOUTES DIRECTIONS, youngest work by Billy Roisz and Dieter Kovacic will celebrate it´s world premiere, Georg Wasner´s multilayered found-footage essay Accelerando its internationale premiere. Michael Palm´s xaminations about the digital twist in cinema Cinema Futures can be seen as well as Jannis Lenz´ Zero-G and Friedl vom Gröller´s Ulrich Gregor & Heidi Kim at the W Hong Kong Hotel.
